Where does CORE Powerfoods deliver?

CORE Powerfoods currently delivers all across Australia, enter your suburb or postcode above to check if we deliver to your suburb. 

How much is delivery?

We offer a delivery fee of $9.95 for orders over $150 and $19.95 for orders under $150, throughout NSW, VIC, QLD and SA. The delivery fee in Western Australia is $19.95

Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?

No, the driver will leave your delivery at the front door.

If you live in a secured apartment, please ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If the driver is unable to access the apartment or unit, they will have to leave your order at the entrance to the building.

Please note: The driver will not call or buzz upon arrival for deliveries made between Midnight and 7AM. However, you will be sent an SMS at the time of delivery and emails confirming delivery date and time slot.

What if I live in a gated complex or high-rise building?

If you live in a secured apartment, please ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If the driver is unable to access the apartment or unit, they will have to leave your order at the entrance to the building.

How do I recycle my delivery box & ice pack?

Our delivery box is made of recyclable cardboard, so you can break it down and pop it in your recycling bin at home.

Our gel ice packs contain 100% recyclable outer lining which can be placed in your recycling bin at home. The Gel can be added to your garden beds. The sodium Polyacrylate and water blend help soil retain water.

Our Thermal Liners are 100% recyclable and can be deposited at any Coles or Woolworths store across Australia in the Redcycle Bins.

Will you collect my used delivery box?

No, we are unable to re-use your delivery box and we encourage you to recycle them responsibly at home.

Can I change my order once it is placed?

No, our team is unable to alter an order once payment has been made.
